The word fiesta sums itself up in one word, and that is the English translation of "party". I've lived in a region that celebrates Fiesta my entire life, and for ten days in April there is a constant bombardment of parties, festivals, and gatherings of people from all over the area. There are booths setup all around downtown with the mouthwatering scents of such foods as Churros, fajitas, and any kind of meat that can be shoved onto a stick.
