Carr as an historian
I personally found that the first three chapters of Carr’s book were very confusing and I didn’t really understand much of what I read. I didn’t really get into the three chapters due to that fact. He used words that were big words and I feel that he was not writing to a college audience but more to an audience that are historians. My two points that I would have to come up with would have to be the context of the book and society vs. individual.
