Analysis of Tom Brown's School Days

|
Tom Brown’s School Days was based on the novel written in 1857 by Thomas Hughes. The movie was made in 1940, and it starred James Lydon as Tom. The movie was about a young boy that was sent to Rugby school. He joins the rest of the underclassmen in their battle against the bullies in the upper classes. The movie ends with Tom Brown and his fellow students triumphing over the bullies.
