Mary Shelly’s Frankenstein is a thrilling and terrifying book. It was written in the summer of 1816 and finished in 1817 quite a short period of time. She stirs the readers senses with a large amount of imagery, that makes it seem almost real. The language that is used throughout the book, gives the atmosphere to every situation and certainly evokes terror. Victors work is chilling and an image of decay is continuously shown.
