	A democracy is a form of government which is ruled by the people; usually meaning the majority. The majority is made up of a certain race, religion, and class. The issues that are significant to the minority might go ignored. Many times the minority doesn’t have a voice. When the power is given to the people they tend to be fickle, changing the minds regularly, and may even be falsely informed about an issue. People can also become indifferent causing them to not participate in government.
