	The modern periodic table is very different from what it used to be, the very first attempt to classify elements was made by Johann Dobereiner, a German chemist. He tried to use their atomic weights that we now call relative atomic mass to classify them. He identified groups, which consisted of 3 elements with similar properties, named triads. In each triad the middle elements weight is approximately the average of the other two. E.g. (Ca) 40.1 + (Ba) 137.3 * 0.5 = 88.7
