	Plea-Bargaining Illegal acts occur everyday. The seriousness of these acts obviously varies. Most of them deal with speeding or traffic infractions. Unfortunately, there are serious crimes that occur. The question of how the justice system should deal with these illegal actions comes up and causes a lot of commotion. Everybody has rights when some infraction comes up. Whether or not they use those rights is their decision. However, most cases end up in court and sometimes a jury trial.
