	Weights! May I have your attention? I have been chosen to be your caption do to my experience time. I need you to listen carefully to me when I explain the equipment and procedure for this experiment. In this experiment we will be using a spring to hold us from a pole connected to a table. Under us there will be a sensor that will record our motion moving up and down. We will be pulled down four centimeters and released causing us to move up and down repeatedly in a result of a sin wave.
