1. Explain Plato’s Theory of Forms
‘At the heart of all of Plato’s philosophy is his Theory of Forms.’ Plato’s Theory of Forms, otherwise known as the Theory of Ideas, is perhaps his most well known concept. The basis for the Theory of Forms is Plato’s belief that the material world we live in is not the only world that exists. Plato believed that there is also an eternal world that exists, which is considered to be ‘more real than the world we experience
