Rhetorical Analysis of Paton's speach

On June sixth, 1944, more than 9,000 American, Canadian, and British men valiantly gave their lives to the cause of freedom on the shores of Normandy beach. Over 100,000 men lived through the invasion and were able to secure the victory of the Allied armies. In order to secure the crucial victory, the leaders of the Allied forces laboriously planned the invasion, but in the end, victory has always depended on the courage and strength of the common soldiers that fight the battles.
