	Hey guys.. I was experiencing the same exact problem you guys were... Either clicking on the icon, or trying to start by inserting the disk, the splash screen would load, and just hang there forever. I was able to fix this by giving the main exe of the game full permissions. If you're not sure how to do that, I'll post the steps. This process works for many other games that don't run right in Vista also. Mods, please forgive the use of the screen shots. I know you like to keep them to a minimum.
